Anzhela Hovhannisyan Esq.

Anzhela Hovhannisyan earned her Juris Doctor degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the French University in Armenia and Université Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France. She also holds multiple LLM (Master of Laws) degrees, specializing in Business Law from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, Corporate Law from the American University of Armenia, and European Union Law from Yerevan State University.

Anzhela began her legal career in 2013 as a legal consultant for projects sponsored by the United Nations Development Program. She later worked with one of the most prominent law firms in Yerevan, Armenia, focusing on business law and civil litigation. In 2020, she advanced her expertise in transactional law as a Senior Associate, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of business law matters and developing essential skills for serving clients.

Anzhela joined Davana Law Firm in September 2024, bringing a wealth of legal knowledge and a client-centered approach. She is licensed to practice law in California and the Republic of Armenia and is fluent in Armenian, English, Russian, French, and Spanish.

Outside of her legal practice, Anzhela enjoys traveling, reading, pilates, and exploring cinematography. Her global legal experience and dedication to client advocacy make her a valuable member of the Davana Law Firm team.
