Talin Babayan, ESQ.

Talin Babayan is a Litigation Attorney at Davana Law Firm, where she has been a dedicated advocate for her clients since joining the firm in November 2025. She brings experience in both pre-litigation and litigation, allowing her to guide cases from their earliest stages through resolution.

Talin’s practice focuses on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. She is known for her hands-on approach to case management and her ability to navigate complex legal issues while maintaining strong, supportive relationships with her clients.

She began her legal career as a law clerk at a pre-litigation firm, where she worked closely with clients from the very beginning of their cases. This experience helped shape her client-centered approach, ensuring individuals feel informed and supported throughout the legal process. She later gained experience as a plaintiff-side litigator at a California firm, representing clients in a wide range of personal injury matters and further developing her advocacy skills in active litigation.

Talin also served as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Major Crimes Unit, where she assisted with trial preparation, including organizing evidence, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys during proceedings.

She is recognized for her ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistent advocacy at every stage of litigation.

Talin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, where she developed a foundation in conflict resolution and received a Certificate of Achievement in Legal Research. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
